                               RESOLUTION NO. 18849
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION RATIFYING, CONFIRMING AND 
                   APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 
                   1 TO THE CONTRACT FOR INTERIOR FURNISHINGS 
                   FOR THE RENOVATION OF THE CHATTANOOGA- 
                   HAMILTON COUNTY BICENTENNIAL LIBRARY WITH 
                   CHATTANOOGA OFFICE SUPPLY, WHICH WILL 
                   INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY ONE THOUSAND 
                   SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY AND 20/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($1,760.20) FOR A TOTAL REVISED CONTRACT 
                   AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT 
                   HUNDRED SIXTEEN AND 20/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($73,816.20).
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby ratified, 
       confirmed and approved the execution of Change Order No. 1 to the 
       Contract for interior furnishings for the renovation of the 
       Chattanooga-Hamilton County Bicentennial Library with Chattanooga 
       Office Supply, which will increase the contract amount by 
       $1,760.20 for a total revised contract amount of $73,816.20.
